Modification of Lubitel (or Lubitel 2) to have 6x9 negatives. Most likely made to fit some scientific equipment. Attachment made from still, using heavy industrial machinery with pretty good quality(not home made). Then attachment fitted to camera by hands using sander. Most likely this camera has light leaks and probably was used with low sensitive materials.
