With engraving on the back of the camera that translates to:

"To General Major of Aviation Fukalov A.I. from Commander in Chief of the Air
Force 1972"

Also with an engraved brass plaque on the top of the case with a similar engraving, it says:

"To General Major Fukalov A.I. on 50 years since his birthday from Air Force command. City of Lvov"
