Thanks Jacques
I saw recently Zorki number 67XX. There were "old" speed dial and "old" knobs.
levonsa Posted - Sep 29 2017 : 10:17:28 AM
In a particular case, Zorki #07026 is not authentic. In Russia, such options are called "Cutlet".
But the top cover in any case is original and that's why we will be happy because it has a twin.
Jacques M. Posted - Sep 29 2017 : 09:20:33 AM
I have a good listing about Fed-Zorki and Zorki 1a (but I am not alone, eh, Alexey!). It seems that speed dials and button release were mixed up to s/n 9000-10000.

So, a great box with mixed parts, probably...

Amitiés. Jacques.
Alfa2 Posted - Sep 29 2017 : 03:35:05 AM
Yes, I wonder if the speed dial was changed in 7076 in a service some yesrs after production.
Or maybe in a factory there was one box with "old" and "new" speed dials and worker choosed them randomly.
Jacques M. Posted - Sep 28 2017 : 05:47:40 AM

Interesting. It seems that the s/n 7027 has a Fed-Zorki speed dial, and the 7026 already a Zorki one.
Thanks, Alexey.

Thank you so much Enn Helemäe!

Bravo, Altix!
So, a 1,5/5cm lens, officially. But possibly 6cm, by S.H., and by the diameter...

Two fake Carl Zeiss Jena Sonnars in Contax mount. The first picture is taken from the post of S.H. in

Jacques, Guido hello!
Thank you for viewing this post regularly!
Jacques, of course I do not have three FS-2s.
I have only one copy.
Jacques M. Posted - Sep 11 2017 : 01:05:38 AM

No, I had not seen that, Guido.
I was just wondering about these ultra rare items... (thanks, Alexey!)

It seems that the "4" are not always the same, open or closed. Probably you are right. But I am not sure to see correctly.

Amitiés. Jacques.
Guido Posted - Sep 10 2017 : 2:51:28 PM

Hello Alexey, Jacques

Do you have seen the "4" in the s/n? I'm wondering ...

Best wishes - Guido
Jacques M. Posted - Sep 10 2017 : 2:39:46 PM

Ha ha!
If you have too many photosnipers at home, perhaps some of us could help you, Alexey?
But I suppose that the three ones are not yours...
If possible, would you have the s/n of the bodies, just to compare with the others we have?

Amitiés. Jacques.

It seems the lens serial number is always the same...

Fred_L Posted - Jun 24 2017 : 04:36:19 AM
Hi all

I have the black one for several years and the chrome one arrived last week from an English auction room...
Maybe they come from different areas and lens engraving is different, but how to explain the consecutive numbers on bodies and same number on lenses??? It's more than a coincidence I think... I suppose they were made by same guy?

Jacques M. Posted - Jun 23 2017 : 08:21:54 AM
Hi Fred!

You have them made by special order?
You are too strong!

Amitiés. Jacques.
Luiz Paracampo Posted - Jun 23 2017 : 07:45:35 AM

Jacques M. Posted - May 08 2017 : 05:49:46 AM

Thanks, Alexey for these two cameras, a NKVD 1d and a S.
So, once more we see that the Fed S certainly were not numbered by batches. Really very curious.

I really wonder if we will find the same for Fed accessories: http://ussrphoto.com/Forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=3180

Hi Jacques

Of course it could be interesting.
But I need more time to prepare cameras, to take pics and post them here..
I am not retired !!!!
May be in a few years or before if I get fired.....

Jacques M. Posted - Dec 12 2016 : 03:00:06 AM

To be serious.
Perhaps you could open a specific thread about the Sport, Fred?
It would be much interesting to know the detailed evolution of this series.
You are the only one who can do that, certainly...

Moxies Posted - Dec 11 2016 : 5:13:26 PM
You like sport!
Nice collection!
Jacques M. Posted - Dec 11 2016 : 4:50:22 PM
Some collectors are completely mad. Really!
Unless you use a mirror to duplicate your "Sport", Fred?

Amitiés. Jacques.
levonsa Posted - Dec 11 2016 : 12:46:17 PM
Fred hello!
Then you do not need to in this section. You need to "one more cameras Sport"!
Fred_L Posted - Dec 11 2016 : 11:11:47 AM
Hi all!!

Unfortunately, no twins here...

Hi Jacques
No I don't have rings to put Summicron on Alpa...
These two Alba are 6B and 5
The 5 has lever as if it was a 5B....

Jacques M. Posted - Oct 26 2016 : 05:09:08 AM

Waoow! And you have the right rings to put these DR Summicron on Alpa Reflex! (6B or 7?)
Congrats, Fred!

Super Fred!!!
Fred_L Posted - Oct 25 2016 : 06:19:07 AM
Hi All!
I am reorganizing the file of my collection....and I have some surpises..
So these lenses are not soviet for sure, but really twins..

cedricfan Posted - Sep 28 2016 : 09:08:20 AM
And that is not done by polishing: someone added a lot of value to the camera with re-surfacing work. But same time spoiled the history...
