oh well... the item description says: " I don't know - what the lens is and why it is so designated.
I couldn't find the answer neither in the Internet, nor collectors of which asked."

of course the seller knows it's just a regular black zebra Helios-44 M39. Typo at the factory back then or scam ...

I got mine with a mint export Zenit-3M and its (mint) case for 45eur:

My first associacion is : There is Helios 44-2 with missed "4-".
