Jacques,
you are right, there were horizontal pieces of leather to maintain the straps on the camera bags for the first FEDs (1a/b).
This leather bag seems not to be one of them.

Hello!

It is camera serial. And I have get it without the lens.
One old man have selled it to me.
He have get it from her neighbour.
He told me, that the camera was broken and did not know anythinf about the lens.

It's a "c" made in 1938.
Perhaps the first owner specially asked for this lens?
BTW, what is the serial number of the lens?

Amitiés. Jacques.

serial is 63138

I have looked it closer, maybe it is self made.
But I dont know...

Hi!
Sure, Alexander?
I have several Fed bags with these horizontal pieces of leather to maintain the straps.

Amitiés. Jacques.

Martti,

it is NOT a soviet leather case, it is a case from foreign manufacturer. There was no FED/Zorki/etc. camera case in the Soviet Union with the horizontal straps.

I'm stupid.
By your picture, it's a c, not a Berdsk...

Jacques.

I agree with Ulrich.
The nose was probably put later.
Unless your "S" was a very late one, a Berdsk in the 18xxxx. It seems that some of them were originally mounted with Zeiss lenses.

Amitiés. Jacques.

Maybe the snout is not original? The seams around it look selfmade :-)

Ulrich
