Helllo All,

Just picked this up on that well known auction site for £8 complete with case.

I only really wanted the lens, but if the camera and meter works it will be put to good use.

From what I gather the Zenit ET (English export variant) was not as common as the E, EM & B. There's not much information on the web about this model.

Hi Vlad,

Yes milions made

Aren't these ones a bit more plasticky than the earlier ones?

I can only remember seeing EM and B models in our local camera shops way back in the 70's and they got snapped up quickly too.

Hi Will,

Well, BelOMO made over 3 million units, plus KMZ around 61,000 so it's not that uncommon Yes the KMZ is more uncommon I guess but the release numbers are still huge. Mostly you get a modernized version of EM with plastic top in later BelOMO models and some changed dials, otherwise the same camera. I am still trying to find the late version without the selenium meter, but CDS instead.

Cheers,
Vlad
