Hi Victor, I agree with Guido, I also have a similarly decorated Zarya Sputnik, I bought those on eBay in mid-2000s from a seller in Moscow who actually made our anniversary cameras for USSRPhoto.com site. . I believe his name is Mika from what I remember, here's his store:

Unfortunately the person who made these cameras for him and for us had passed away a few years ago.

I own such a wooden FED-1 in black and some others. Such fantasy cameras are made in Russia maybe in the 1990th and the early 2000th. They are sold for around 150$ each by some sellers there. I think the shop they were made is closed for ten years or more now and most cameras are sold today. Most modifications are made from Zorki-1, FED-1, Zorki-C, FED-2, and a few later models.
