The language of the manual is rather Japanese than Chinese.

This is a SUPERHEADZ 110 camera. They made/make several 110 cameras, as well as half-frame 35mm cameras. This "book" camera came in several colors with several different titles. Call it LOMOGRAOHY if you want, but that is a loosely used term for simple cameras, as opposed to only a camera maker. For their 110 cameras see:

None of these cameras have anything to do with the USSR, the Russian Federation, etc.
