I'm sorry Luiz, but I don't think this one remotely belongs in this catalog.. I would say some Chinese cameras - yes.. but this is a bit of a stretch.

neuca I is a german leica copy from f. neubert. ca 100 units are made. price over 1000$ (today ).last westlicht-auction at nov.07 has a neuca I.

this camera is absolutly non-russian. all parts from east-germany ( jena ).

for luiz

elop ( elektro optische werke/united electro-optics factory) was in glücksburg, flensburg. not f.neubert was there, but f.meyer, a technical teacher ( lenses ).
neubert was forbidden to keep on manufactoring as a private company, from the communist government.
