This is an odd finder. It is obviously homemade, but the selection of the focal lengths is unusual:

1.5 cm (15 mm)
5 cm (50 mm)
18 cm (180 mm)
7.5 cm (75 mm)
2.5 cm (25 mm)

With the exception of 50mm, none is for the existing LTM lenses. So I suspect this was for some sort of cine camera, perhaps even a director's finder.
