Here it another very interesting lens I snap on eBay:

Industar 23 usually used on Moskva 5. This lens has M39 mount. The aperture is semiautomatic. It works exactly like on Tair 3S - photosniper. You have to wind up the ring. This open aperture to max, and then using cable release the ring which close aperture to preset stop. I have few other Russian lenses with same kind of mechanics. And now I wonder where did they came from? Are they was ever in production? Or they all home made? And was they made to use or to sell? Kind like small business on a side?
Did anyone came around such lenses?

Note say: "I-23, F-110 with jumping aperture" understand: with automatic aperture.
