Although it written as "aerofoto apparat" it seems to be a 90º reversing prism attachment with objective.

We see also remote câmera controls but no câmera at all.

I believe had seen this photo at Abramov's site,

but the "câmera" you have shown us has no film magazines at all
No matter what is written they (or it) is not a camera!

Both contraptions must be used for something interesting. Could be for telescopes, or space exploration. Often telescopes need to combine 2 pictures from different sources. The note on first picture say "navigation instrument" so it also can be to guide bombers to the target.
