So, my Industar 7 is already on photohistory.ru...I am honoured! Thanks, Luiz. (the photos come from the seller's advertisement). But I hardly think that such a lens was used, as it is, on an aerial machine gun...![](icon_smile.gif) And I will put that lens in the wiki, Juhani. But before, it would be interesting to have more information about the Industar 7. Can we date them by their serial numbers? And about this conversion: made from scratch or not? Something interesting: the focus range spreads on c. 380° which is very unusual: there is an overlapping of c. 20°.
Amitiés. Jacques.

Jacques, I'd like to know how much of the viewfinder image you can see when it's on the Fed, and whether you can see anything at all if there's a lens hood on the lens? |

Hi Sean, The lens takes 1/3 - 1/4 in the viewfinder. No idea with a sunshade. It is not visible when using the 100mm Fed finder.
