Hi Antonio,

Difficult to be affirmative about your camera. But it can be a Zorki 1 modified into a Zorki 2... Not very difficult to put a Zorki 1 cover on a Zorki 2 body...
About the selftimer button, it should be a Fed 3 or 4 one. Anyway, by comparison, the mechanism looks like a Zorki one (position of the release button). As for the Inside, no doubt it is a Zorki 2's one.

It seems that your camera was not the only one to have been "improved": please have a look at my Fed 1f here: http://ussrphoto.com/Forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=3253

Amitiés. Jacques.

The camera is definitively a Zorki 2 (According to date of production and rewind system around the shutter release).
The camera received a Zorki 1 top and a lever of new style.
-Easy my Dear Watson!

A couple more modifications...

Zorki2's have a two-piece speed dial, ala Zorki-C & 2-c
Bottom plate is from a FED or early Z-1
Scalloped shutter release spring on bottom is from Zorki 2-c

Cheers, Geoff

Of course, Luiz, up to the pin, but not up to some other details...
This camera is not an original Zorki 2 and Antonio's question is valid.
I specially wonder about the speed dial: it's a "normal" Zorki one. Does it mean something about the internal selector mechanism? I should have a look inside my own Zorki 2-s ...

Amitiés. Jacques.

Hello. I thank Mr. M. Jacques, Luiz Paracampo, O. Geoff, for the opinions expressed on my camera Zorki 1 - 2. I know that it is not easy to make considerations when a camera has features different from standard cameras. In any case, I appreciated your interest and your observations helped me to better understand this camera. Sorry for my English. Regards.

Dear Friends
According to Maizenberg book
the single difference is the internal screw and the speed crown dial
see pictures: So, it is easy to modify one to another threds are the same!

Thanks, Luiz.
But I am a bit surprised. On Leica type cameras, it is necessary to cock before changing the speed. No importance on Zorki 2 ones (I have just checked). Strange if there is no other modification...

Jacques.
