I have mixed feelings about my experience with russiansale.. Tanya was very friendly in our communications via emails, I ordered 2 cameras which I have not gotten after a month. I have contacted her, with no response for another 2 weeks... not sure whether emails went to her spam. I have initiated PayPal dispute with seller-online (intermediate payment company) and then I got a response with apology and she issued a refund of $50. The total was $83.. I sent email to her again saying where is the rest, again with no reply. I've escalated PayPal to claim, then I got the $33 again with apology from her saying she misread the total and I canceled the claim.. well it is very possible she is just slow to reply or was not in town.. After all I got my money back including shipping so I'm satisfied. Can't say the same for some other sellers when the package gets lost. Just took a while. Maybe I'll try her again and report my next experience.
