Smena 4
1958-1960

Identical to Smena-3 except flash synch and selftimer. Problems the same ...
Smena-4 was the last Smena camera with bakelite body. Since 1961 GOMZ used thermoplastic instead of bakelite.

At least 2 bakelite Smena-4 variants:

1. Camera with film advance lever. Both plastic (common) or aluminum frame counter.
Serial number engraved in white on closing bar of the case or placed on the lens faceplate.

2. Camera with film advance knob. Both aluminum or plastic frame counter .
