I'm not entirely sure of the type as there is conflicting evidence on the web.
Notice the lack of strap lugs.
Pictured here with a Jupiter 8 lens, although it came to me with an Industar 26M but the flare is pretty bad with it so I have swapped to the Jupiter. I also have the Jupiter 3 & 11. The 3 is not yet tested.

Posted - Jan 23 2010 : 12:11:02 PM Hello Martin, according to the SSK book you have the camera of model group VI, modification 2, release 2. The camera was produced between 1966 and 1968 and complected with standard lens Industar-26m. What was very surprised for me, that the camera is not classified in the book "The authentic guide to Russian and Soviet cameras"!!!
