When I lived in Kiev, I had a chance to purchase a few really old view cameras, I assume they are pre-Soviet. I believe they were made outside of Ukraine, (Germany etc.) but sold by shops in Ukraine.

Great camera!!!
Amazingly that these cameras survived in such relatively good conditions through revolution, civil war, bolshevism, stalinism, second WW, perestroika. Apparently cameras are more resilient then people.
It is an great pleasure to see it here!!!
