Posted - Oct 16 2012 : 3:35:01 PM Hello Everyone,
I have tried everywhere to find help for a simple problem. I have an original Zenit 12 (no other marks, its a plain 12). It was my first film SLR, got it about 2-3 years ago.
The light meter dial has loosened from the actual selector switch. It does not have click stops. The dial has no mark to show how to put it on the selector.
This makes the internal light meter useless as I have no idea what ISO setting is chosen.
If anyone here has a plain Zenit 12, could they please share a photo of the dial with the rewind crank lifed, and the locations of the screw holes as set by KMZ?
Thanks!

You would think KMZ would had marked it in marker or pen or something.
Thank you though Vlad, I will give it a try tonight.
