Indeed, Luiz!
It looks a lot like my FED 100mm f:6,3 lens.

Do you know who made these aerial lenses and when?
Gomz/Komz I suppose?

Regards,
Christian

This very strange lens has the same elements of the discontinued 100mm tele lens once made for FED cāmeras 100mm5.6 na further 100mm6.3. I cannot aunderstand why this lens was not reissued for Zorki/Fed after the war.

Sorry if this is the wrong topic but I have a lens I believe belongs to a S-13 or similar aerial camera. It has Russian engravings.

Anyone know more about this lens?

We don't seem to have it in the wiki.

Regards,
Christian

Poland and Czechoslovakia both made Mig and Su fighters. Probably cameras made by WZFO was installed on thous airplanes. While KOMZ cameras was most likely made for, and installed on airplanes made in USSR. Kazan had major Airplane factory "Zavod 22" where most of the bombers for Soviet Air force where made, and Kazan had main Soviet helicopter factory "Vertoletnij Zavod" where they made MI-8 and MI-17; near by in Ulyanovsk, Perm, Kuibyshev, and Voronezh made rest of the military aircraft. So manufacturing S-13 camera in Kazan and Warsaw seems to make logical sense. I wonder if such cameras was ever installed on tanks, missiles or other military gear?

Very interesting information. Considering passport's data S-13 cameras where already produced in 1953-54, possibly even earlier. Possibly they where made for and installed on Mig 17 or even on Mig 15 fighters, and where used in Korean war and Vietnam. I wonder if this camera are USSR design, or it was "influenced" by German designs ?
