Hello,

My name is Gerald and I am from Austria (please excuse my bad english). I´m collector of russian cameras since 5 years. My hobbies are biking, taking photos and my family and my cameras.
In real life I am civil engineer.
I have 42 cameras (all in working condition), not so rare and rare (Zorki 12, f21, zenit 7, zenit bm, ft12, zenit 10, mikron prototyp and so on).
Now I get an offer to buy an ARFO Komsomolets in working condition.
What can be the price for such an camera?

Thank you!
Best regards,
Gerald

Hello Aidas,

Thanks for the warm welcoming!

I paid nearly the same (meanwhile I ordered it). Positiv for me now is the low dollar to euro course.

Best regards and thanks a lot!

Gerald

Hello Gerald and welcome to the forum!

As I know at least 2 Arfo Komsomolets were sold recently for USD 400-450.

Aidas

We would love to see pictures of it if you do get Gerald! You should not even think twice if you can afford it! Most of us collectors here would work street corners just to have an opportunity to acquire one

Welcome Gerald... nice to hear from you!

I think the Arfo Komsomolets is very rare and there may not be a standard price. If you can buy it, you should.

Regards, Bill

Okynek I think you're thinking of Komsomolets TLR, Gerald is talking about Arfo Komsomolets that looks like Fotokor.

Welcome Gerald!
I hope you will show to us your collection !!!!
I would say Komsomoles go for around $60 depending of conditions it in. Really hard to find original box for it. Box may cost more then camera !!! (crazy)

Hi Gerald! Welcome to the forum! Funny, I was just discussing prices for Arfo/Efte cameras with another collector/dealer in Germany the other day.. from what he was telling me these go for around 150-200EU these days. But it's one man's opinion. I'm not sure about Komsomolets though, we were talking about Arfo-3...
