Posted - May 30 2015 : 12:42:08 PM I have found this Zorki 4. It has uncommon leatherette and comes with a silver Jupiter 8 lens in shape of the later black ones. The camera is from 1969, these lenses were introduced from 1968 on (as I know) so it seems to match the camera.
Posted - May 31 2015 : 1:04:01 PM Thanks Guido, the sniper has a big screw under the base-plate, it can be seen on Martti's ES, the camera is standing on one side because of the big screw. My ES is from 1980, according to zenitcamera.com they made 8000 ES in that year. In 1969 only 4010 ES for Martti's. http://www.zenitcamera.com/catalog/cameraproduction.html

Posted - May 31 2015 : 08:54:37 AM Hello Lenny
The Zenit-ES is the snaiper version of the Zenit-E from the Fotosnaiper FS-3 set:
Posted - May 31 2015 : 07:30:24 AM On fotoua.com you can see KMZ Zenit-E type 1a from 1966 and type 3a from 1968 with such cover, also on sovietcams.com second photo from 1966.
But what is the difference between a Zenit-E and ES? Edit: Ahh I forgot, ES is from a photosniper, I have one too.

Posted - May 31 2015 : 06:18:13 AM I have a zenit-B and ES with this kind of leather, also 69. And maybe some cameras more.
very interesting Zorki-4, I haven't seen such leather covering on Zorki as well, but I have a Revueflex-E (export Zenit-E) with such leather covering and it is also from 1969. May be there was a batch of cameras in 1969 on KMZ, which were generally made with this leather covering?
