Sure Alexander, that is just a random Zorki-C box. Sorry I misunderstood. |

Thanks Alexander for your opinion. With box you mean the top plate, right. The top isn't so important to me, only the 1/1000. I know and saw before that KMZ produced some special cameras out off the normal line, but I wasn't sure what to think about this one. |

Posted - May 10 2016 : 11:55:43 AM I can only guess. I think it is original. Why ? - the speed dial is not from Leica - every factory had its own developing resort where new experimental cameras were made. Than you could find them on market - it costed not much, this is the most impotrant here. If somebody makes engraving Luftwaffen Eigentum on a regular Leica IIIc than this is in order to sell it in price of a real Leica Luftwaffen Eigentum. It would be no sense to make engraving and than sell it in price of regular Leica. This Zorki was sold in price of regular Zorki so..... |

Posted - May 10 2016 : 09:18:01 AM Yes of course, but that's not normal. The last with 1/1000 should be a Fed-Zorki from early 1949 around #04903. But this also has a speed dial with big engravings. At least it wasn't expensive if it's a fake. |
