Posted - Jul 04 2016 : 4:39:49 PM Hi,
I made a photo of different variants of Jupiter-11 I own. I think it could interest you.
From left to right : KMZ first SLR version 1958, DIY body with KOMZ optical block weird sn 914609 (already shown on this forum), ciné version modified (?) with weird serial 2499B2 (!) no logo, another variant of cine lens no logo 1969, nice DIY conversion of KOMZ rangefinder version to M42 with addition of preset ring and rigid hood(optical block KOMZ 1958), another variant of cine lens by KMZ 1963, KMZ second SLR version 1962.
For comparaison, the two early KMZ SLR version :
Also two exemplar of first version KMZ SLR, showing 2 different coatings
Regards, Pierre

Posted - Jul 05 2016 : 05:15:07 AM The black one is certainly a DIY work from the 70's. It came to my hands with non-working preset. The ball and stoper screw was missing, so I had to disassamble it. I saw it was a quite nice job done. Now, preset is working.
Preset ring is the greenish one, above it is the diaphragm control ring.
Other parts of the lens may come from black LTM J-11, but I'm not sure. Hood looks to have been machined.
