this camera is absolutly non-russian. all parts from east-germany ( jena ).

elop ( elektro optische werke/united electro-optics factory) was in glücksburg, flensburg. not f.neubert was there, but f.meyer, a technical teacher ( lenses ). neubert was forbidden to keep on manufactoring as a private company, from the communist government.
