I have seen a lot of the lower flat ones but never the upper "space rockets"

I have never seen the loupe. Was it produced in Charkov by FED factory ?
As I read in SF they produced something like this.

Aidas told me on the old one it's two filters for Industar-4 and a loupe, the new one just has a the loupe.

A good recreation indeed!
I can't identify what a sort of thing has between Maliutka and Liliput in the original photo and don't know this round thing (loupe?) between he same cameras in the new one.
