English is approx. four times more understood than Portuguese, and I didn't find any source that would rank it fourth... International means English, even if you wouldn't like it. Due to being USSR-photo even Russian should be accepted as native here, but that is all.

Posted - Dec 09 2018 : 2:12:12 PM i SPENT SOME 15 YEARS MAKING SUCH ENCYCLOPEDIA. IN FEW MODE DAYS WE WILL HAVE A PDF VERSION OF THE 14 VOLUMES THEY CAN BE TRANSLATED TO EVEY LANGUAGE ELECTRONICALLY. BESIDES THAT PORTUGUESE IS THE 4TH MOST SPEAKING LANGUAGE THROUGH OUT THE WORLD ANOTHER WAY SHOULD BE LEARN PORTUGUESE! REGARDS LP
