But also same time a very interesting sidestory; capitalist needs were met this way, by a "western-looking" company, yet owned by Mashpriborintorg, which was part of the Soviet Trade Ministry. And TOE also called Zenit as Zenith in their own brochures, next to pictures of cameras with correct spelling...
The TOE-story should be put into the forums history books now, because soon it will be too late.

Posted - Apr 22 2019 : 09:27:01 AM Hi Juhani, very good lens, but not a Russian one. All lenses sold by TOE were rebranded to Helios, regardless of where they were made.
