Any problems, I recommend the Online "PROMT" Translator. The best for these Regards LP

What does the "TsBK" abbreviation mean?
"TsKB". There: "TsKB" or "CKB", in Russian: "ЦКБ" -- "Центральное конструкторское бюро". In English: "Сentral design office".
