There are lenses with odd distance scales.They go with the same number as aperture's from 1.4,2.8....22. I know that the I-26M with this scale is not rare, But I have a s/n 64xxxxx M39 Jupiter-11 that also has this scale. This lens also has click stops for aperture ring that is very uncommon for J-11s. Is this a rare bird, and how often do you see such a Jupiter-11?
