Here is unique lens attachement. Seller saying he work for LOMO and built this lens during special research. May be he know about other progects there?

This is a cine lens on a still camera.

Could this possibly be used for the cine cameras, to give the wide screen image? I once used one to show a movie in which I think was in panavision or cinemiracle format. It was an expensive piece of glass. Don
