Hi all,

I'm sure one (or many) of you know this maker. Could you tell me ?
(Found on a self-timer I will put soon on Wiki.)

Thanks a lot.

Best regards,

Michel.

Yandex, Rambler, Aport, GoGo, Nigma, Punto, Turtle etc. (this is the Russian search services) -- all of them nothing know about this name too... ;)

At first, what sense has this acronym "Poli-Neo-Byt"?
"Byt" -- short from "bytovoy" -- common, everyday, domestic (something which is used in a house, in a common everyday life).
What is "Poli"? Many? But what is "Neo"? New? (In Russian an acronym "Novo" is used more often).
All taken together: Many-New-Domestic?
It's a delirium...

At second, as I said, this name 'must be': "Polimerbyt".
Compare: Полимербыт and Полинеобыт...
Inscription of the letter "м" (M) in a small size of type may be similar to "н" (H), and the letter "р" (p) if it lost touch may stay "о" (o)... So it's simple to be mistaken...

Of course Nothing is perfect....
For instance.. Several American equipment are simply ignored but they existed one day.....

http://www.google.com/search?q=polyneobyt --> 2 results (this page and http://www.novacon.com.br/h3adde03.htm ).

Therefore there is no "Polyneobyt" in the World... :(

We have little information about this factory but there are other articles beyond this known self timer. I did see spools for movie cameras and stereo scopes. I obtainned the name Polyneobyt
and no more.
