Look also at the skin or vulcanite, it looks like period leather ? or am I wrong ? looks a bit too shiny for a period fake...

Posted - Jul 27 2008 : 01:05:43 AM If indeed this is a Fed-1-S body, (with a top speed of 1000), Then this camera is an insult to all of us, and in my opinion whoever faked it should be jailed. Though the Fed-1-S is not ultra rare there are relatively few of them left, and to do this is to one of the remaining ones is sacriligious. The original f2 lens is obviously missing. Perhaps it was already missing before the camera was faked, but that is no excuse this kind of vandalism. Best wishes, Jim.
