Posted - Nov 06 2008 : 2:45:08 PM Yesss.... ! I like the zenit "c" , but unfortunately, the shutter of my copy is broken ... It is one of my preferred SLR's !

Posted - Nov 06 2008 : 1:13:01 PM Thanks Alain and Vlad ... I Often use these lenses (85mm) : Jupiter-9 , Helios-40 which are full usable on dslr's sensors. Alain , I just made the crop to show the performance of the lens, not to hide the "sexy" part of the whole picture ... No use to ask you "guess what is missing" , I suppose ... The portrait photogaphy is far easier when you have a model who like it ! I made over 10000 pictures of she . The Jupiter-6 is one of the Russian M42 lenses I don't possess .However I find the Jupiter-21 200mm as good - perhaps better - as my Takumars 200mm (single and multi coated)

Posted - Nov 06 2008 : 10:37:30 AM Hi gilles, always the same faithful model,… and the same talent!
KMZ lenses are still perfect for digital cameras , here a picture of my town (Loire river) made by Jupiter 6 on EOS 5D( not so sexy as Gille's model !). for that picture I was at 800 meters from the bridge , shooting across the river.
