Posted - Nov 11 2008 : 09:11:20 AM Hello,
I think there are also type a,b. for Zorki 2,2C,4,and 4K that are not documented yet.
This is a Zorki 2C type a with engraved logo, different wind and rewind nobs, and different selftimer lever and release button. I believe ths type was produced in 1955-1956. This camera is very smooth.
Cheers,

You are always welcome to visit my site! Could you tell me serial number of your earliest Zorki-2C for my databas? Thanks in advance!

Hi Aidas,
I will visit your site more often for information. My Zorki-2C has a s/n of 56003830. Another 2C that was brought back by my father from Moscow has a s/n 56020244. He told me that the camera cost him 900 old rubles. This one I believe is a type 2 of the 1st version.
Cheers,
