Posted - Dec 01 2008 : 5:42:52 PM The total number of these is very small, so the cost will be high! Also both the camera and the military collectors will be vying for them.
An important point to remember is that the military has no concern for "originality". so a broken one would repaired with whatever camera body was available.

Posted - Nov 30 2008 : 07:50:36 AM Hi Alain!
It was sold at 800 euros. Not really much. But it is not an original one: the number of the body shows a 1d. It doesn't fit the three visible screws under the rewind button (up to the 1c-s). A reconstruction, very probably. In good health, as it seems...
Amitiés. Jacques.
