Thanks to Mr. Detlev Vreisleben we now have complete information about this special camera. I have reclassified it to KGB section, as well as the Zorki 4 reflex. Please see the Wiki entry for a set of phenomenal photographs!

But most of these Robot cameras were used for medical purposes not for secret services. Nevertheless the Robot camera was the most often used camera for observation in the East and West.
