How would I take pictures with FKD using supplies available in USA? Does anyone know where to get the sheet film slow enough to be able to use it without an actual shutter?
For those FKD there are curtain shutters, square and round shutters all built for them. If you want I can send pictures of them. But the main use of these cameras are not exactly as field users, once they have limited compensating movements.But to be used in Studio where you can control the lights. About this camera: FK and FKD -- Pehaps a record in camera design; The first one seems to be a I. Steffen (St. Petersburg) camera of 1890 and the last one the F.F.H. (Fotofabrika Harkov) -1989/1990 something like 100 years in production and demand! Do tou know another one? The slight modifications include plastic knob tips and the bellows materials.
