I thought I should share this video with you all. Its of me unboxing a NIB Zenit Automat I got last november. It was interesting to unbox something that is new yet old. It sat on a shelf someplace in Russia for 21 years until I liberated it from its styrofoam jail. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUJUEL2ozcA&context=C3a86588ADOEgsToPDskKEKGcK6H2v5Ld8Zm45phyQ Video is complete with Musical Interlude by the now-famous Eduard Khil (The Trololo Man) and a very random Soviet techno band.
Forgive me for being sloppy with the production, it was my first unboxing video.
And there was a surprise in the box. But, I will leave that to the video. Skip to 3:45 if you want to see the suprise first :P
Hi Eric, very nice job! I laughed at the USSR Marines song you put in there in the beginning, pretty funny. And I've never seen that factory K-M42 adapter very, pretty cool! Thanks for sharing, I'll put it up on our social networks feed.
It is a problem to me with these NIB-items. If I open them they are no more unsealed NIB so it looses its speciality. But having it NIB is also irritating as you can't even see what you have...
