Bravo! I am floored! Didn't expect this from a Smena 1! How do you manage to get this bluish hue in all the shots? Just natural environment?

Dear Seka,
This is very fine that you are making the best modernist photographs with the simple and elegant Smena-1! Your photographs are beautiful. Thank you for them and for inspiring me as well!

Regards, Bill

Thank you !
Yes i was floored too about the quality coming from this little pretty device ! Thinking first that pictures cames like Holga or Lomo lca pictures i saw with vigneting, blur, ghost lightning and all that kind of defects, absolutly not, it is very very good ! Maybe lucky with this camera, a "top" sample ? I don't know. (bought from friend mermoz37 collection) For compare, the T43 of the Cosmic Symbol i have is by far not so good... Surely i have to test someday another Smena for more understanding ! I believe that some of you here know much more than me about these products ! Thanks to let me know by sharing your great experience !

The blue color rendition is due to the tungsten film used. It is a 3200°K color balance made for artificial lights instead of the usual 5500°K daylight films. Streets lights are all different kind of color temperature, so it is not easy to catch the good colors ! The last photo of this serial is well balanced, so this area suposed to be close to 3200°K lighning...
