From the late 90's until recently I've been digital, mostly point and shoot record shots for work , but missed the old fashioned methods of film processing and printing and actually thinking about the picture composition.
So I started looking for rangefinders as I wanted something small, I've had SLR's in the past, but fancied a challenge.
Stumbled upon Zorki's and Feds, I knew they existed, but didn't realise they had such a following.
I now have a Zorki 4, a Fed2, my favourite at the moment + Lenningrad meters. I'm expecting more to follow though!
I'm more interested in B & W than colour, so will be processing films and scanning negatives.
Well that's enough for now, I don't want to bore you all with my first post.
Looking forward to joining in to keep the interest going.
Welcome here! You will never be boring if you speak of Fed and Zorkis... And don't hesitate to post your photos! The Fed 2 is really a pleasant camera to shoot...
Welcome Will, we have an underused Photo Gallery section on the forum, you're welcome to post your results there, just make sure to speficify what camera it came from.
