The following photo is from Massimo Bertacchi's website. It's a Zorki-1b without serial number. Obviously the top-plate is from a Zorki-1d/e. Interesting is the speed-dial with 1/1000. The latest 1/1000 should occur on early Fed-Zorki from 1949, but not on Zorki-1a/b. The grip on the speed-dial is also interesting, I never saw this on a Zorki. Where is it from?
Hi Lenny, this camera seems to be assembled from parts of different cameras, top-plate could be simply replaced. You are right, the speed-dial seems to be from FED-Zorki, there were two different versions: 1/500 and 1/1000. Unfortunately I cannot check my cameras now, I am not at home and come back only on Mo. I will post here on Tu.
What I wanted to ask you Jacques. See the grip on the speed-dial, it's like \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ while normaly the grip is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX I never saw this on a Zorki.
