Because of the lens, which could be a 100mm Fed? But that would not match the leather bag.
So, the release button, which seems slimmer than the Zorkis'?

Yes, but if you have two lenses and a camera without strap lugs?
You leave the front open when you have the other lens mounted, while the other is in your pocket!

FED with same case maded ~200000, Zorki ~10000. Zorki/FED=1/20. No more.
