Hi all...
My latest addition is missing the collar that attaches over the shutter release. I am attaching a photo of it and another from the Wiki Catalog, showing the part needed. Any help is appreciated as I have been unable to locate elsewhere.... Thank you all..

Alex-photo (ebay alias) sold one to me a long time ago, ask him if there is nobody here with a spare.
