Okinek
Excuse me but this accessory is intended for Praktica/Pentacon cameras and are done by KW in East Germany.
They were used on Praktica 35mm with cloth focalplane shutters, and Praktisix/Pentacon six series of cameras.
See:
http://captjack.exaktaphile.com/praktina/Contax-Pentacon%20Accessories.htm

There could be seen a similar grey case denoting 1968/1972 production
Regards LP

Woops! I did not know that. Sorry. Seller confdntart
was explicitly advertized this item as Soviet:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=200185136166&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=010

I guess I'm another eBay victim
