According to A. Klomp site, this is a domestic crossover model between Type I and Type II.

It is somewhat a "spot meter" as the viewer covers a 180mm lens field.

Power supply was a Russian "3 RTs-53 "unit and a separate container allows the use of 3 AA batteries. But it seems that the plastic container has a nasty trend to…melt (as may be seen on the photo)!
