The Kiev EF-4 selenium cell exposure meter is made of plastic and is a bit lighter and of a lesser quality than the earlier Kiev EF-2 meter, however it works well and is accurate.
Probably made in the 1960s, it comes with a fitted leather case and translucent white plastic incident covering lid for the front of the meter. Made for use with Kiev rangefinder cameras that did not have a meter built in.
This example is a creamy white color and has its original box , cord, and leather case.
