This is a Zorki-2C (from 1959). But it has a top plate that is stamped with a "Zorki C" logo, which was then engraved over to read "Zorki 2C"! It is a model 2C because it has a synch speed marking of 1/30.
In addition it has a presentation engraving on the back which reads something to the effect of:
"To comrade Pasenko D. Z. - from KGB at SM MSSR 9.5.1960." (MSSR is the Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic)
So maybe it was not able to be sold to the public because of the error in the name, but was available for the KGB to give as a present ???
