what viewfinder for the FED 100mm 6.3 lens?

Hi, I'm considering buying a FED 100mm 6.3 lens for my FED 1s, but am unsure what viewfinder to get for it, or where to find it.

The 85mm frame on the turret finder is too wide, the 135mm frame too small.
A finder with a sort of magnification would be nice, since the frame else would be very small.
I own an Accura universal zoom finder, but it's nearly as big as the lens itself, and was made in the 1960s. It would look rather misplaced on a pre-war FED.

Anyone know what viewfinder originally was intended with the lens? Any clues to the whereabouts of such a finder?

Mind you, this is not the 100mm macro lens that also seems to have been made for FED, but the 100mm telephoto lens.

Easy Schwarzer!
Use the 85mm finder. Remove the front frame and do another thoth black tape. The size of the rectangle will be 85% of the lateral of the frame. follow the enclosed drawing and ou will see why.
The differences really are minimal.

Not easy at all to find a 100mm Fed viewfinder alone!
Some have a serial number, others not. Why
I exchanged a Kiev III t have one. At that time, I was not interested in Kievs. But if not, I wouldn't have that finder...

Two weeks ago, I should have recommended a 85mm KMZ finder. But I received since a turret finder (Thanks, Jim!) and I'm really surprised with the quality of that universal finder.

So, do what you want!

Each time I can, I talk about the numbering of Fed accessories: very interesting because it's limited between 1 and c. 15000, with one possible exceptions. A batch of 15000 different accessories for Fed... No more, as it seems.

As for these 100mm finders, one of my French friends possess the # 11135: I was never told of another numbered 100mm finder. Perhaps he has strong spectacles?

(Of course, we don't know why some are numbered, others are not)

I couldn't believe my 2 finders (not numbered) come from the same batch, while 1st one was found locally 4 years ago, adn 2nd arrived from Russia recently ...

There is nothing clear about the numbering of accessories.
One can think that 15000 accessories or so were planned, made and numbered by the factory from 1937-38.
For the 100mm finders, the non numbered ones were probably sold with the lenses (certainly around 10000ex.) and the numbered ones made for extras...
