Hi gentlemen,

As it seems to be the local custom, I'd like to introduce myself as a new member: I've been collecting Soviet cameras for a little under a year and managed to obtain just over a 100 cameras (of which there are about 80 in descent condition). I'm from Nizhniy Novgorod and sell cars for living :)

Thank you for the warm welcome. It does kinda become difficult to shift from buying any camera in any condition to become a more professional collector and to pick and choose only the worthy stuff. I think I've got all the crapy cameras that were on sale in my town (and nearby villages :), now come the hard part....

Kirill, welcome!

Your story is very similar to mine... I went crazy as well, in my first year I think I got close to 200 cameras... So I can definitely relate! hehehhe..

Vlad.
